Organizational Leadership (Open enrollment) – This is a year-long program designed to develop effective organizational leadership skills by teaching techniques and strategies for anyone sitting in a leadership position - whether you lead a department, a project or a team. Optional one-on-one coaching and monthly program topics help participants discover attributes of a great organization, lead change, communicate masterfully, create effective teams, harness the ability to influence, build powerful connections and more.

Personal Leadership Development Programs (Open Enrollment) – If you're motivated to create change in your life and for your organization, this is the perfect program for you.

The Personal Leadership Development Program involves monthly meetings and includes 360-degree assessments from co-workers to help you discover your leadership skills as well as personal coaching from Ginny.

Grow To Be The CEO Programs (Open Enrollment) - This high-impact program for mid- to senior-level women is designed to create a stimulating and unique environment to grow through personal reflection, exercises, and group interactions. Whether the goal is become CEO or simply sharpen the skills necessary to rise in an organization, this program will help. Participants learn strategies for using power and influence more effectively, tools for dealing with difficult situations and a network of women who will be supportive for years to come.
