Personal Leadership Program
This is a program for highly motivated men and women who are ready to earn their leadership wings and create positive change. The Leadership Development Program includes eight group sessions, a 360-degree assessment from co-workers to help discover your personal leadership skills, and four one-on-one coaching sessions with Ginny.
